Terms & Conditions

These are the terms between you and Ackrolix Innovations Private Limited for the use of Shararat. Creating an account means accepting them.

You must be 18

Shararat is an adult service. You must be 18 or older. We check before an account is created and we check again on the server; giving a false age is a breach of these terms and the account will be closed.

The characters are AI

Every character is artificial. Their replies are generated, can be wrong, and are not advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological or otherwise. Do not rely on anything a character tells you, and do not treat a relationship with one as a substitute for care from a person who is qualified to give it.

Your account

• It is tied to your mobile number and it is yours alone. Do not share it.
• Keep your number secure. Anyone who can receive your OTP can reach your conversations.
• One person, one account.

What you may not do

• Use the app if you are under 18, or help anyone under 18 to use it.
• Attempt to make a character produce sexual content involving minors, or content depicting real people without their consent. These attempts are detected, recorded, and end the account.
• Use the app to plan or carry out anything illegal.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, automate, or resell any part of the service.
• Attempt to bypass the safety systems, the age gate, or the usage limits.

Safety systems cannot be turned off, by you or by us. A conversation that triggers one will be interrupted, and that behaviour is not a bug.

Payment

• Plans give time-boxed access, and their prices are shown in the app before you pay, in Indian rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• The trial costs ₹1, is available once per account, and is not free — we do not call it free.
• Renewing plans continue until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
• Prices can change. A change never applies to a period you have already been charged for.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You give us the permission needed to store it, process it, and send it to the AI provider that generates the reply — that permission exists so the app can work, and it ends when you delete the content or the account.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Profile settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will say why unless telling you would defeat the purpose — an active fraud or safety investigation, for instance.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and cannot promise it always will. Maintenance, outages and provider failures happen. Where an outage costs you paid time, see the Refund Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of the jurisdiction in which we are registered have exclusive jurisdiction.
